Financial Transactions

  • Deposits – When you deposit money in it has to come from your account. You cannot use someone’s account to make a deposit. Third party deposits are not allowed. 

 

  • Withdrawals – Withdrawals requests are subjected to verification checks. We might ask you for some identification  like the Know Your Customer documents at any time.

 

  • No Interest – You do not get any interest on the money that’s in your Reddyanna account.

Betting Rules and Fair Play

  • Finality – When you place a bet and it is confirmed, the bet is final. You cannot cancel it or make any changes.

 

  • Market Errors – In the event of obvious errors in odds or starting times, Reddyanna reserves the right to void affected bets.

 

  • Anti-Fraud – If we think someone is cheating by fixing matches, taking advantage of odds or using computer programs to place bets we will ban their account and they will not get to keep any money they won.

Responsible Gaming

Reddyanna is really committed to making sure everyone is safe. We give people things to help with:

 

  • Self-Exclusion – Users can ask to be blocked from the platform for a set period. This means the platform will not let these users in for a while.

 

  • Deposit Limits – You can decide how much you want to spend each day or each week. You can set a limit on the money you spend every day or every week on your Deposit Limits.
